*Special shipping charges may apply to certain oversized items. We will advise you of the cost of these additional charges via e-mail prior to processing your order.

CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Items that are custom order, made to order, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited edition are not fully refundable, unless goods arrived damaged.

Cancellations of custom order, made-to-order, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited edition items made within 14 days of submitting the order to Generate will be refunded 50%, plus any paid delivery charges, if the item has not already been shipped. Order cancellations will be accepted via email. However, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

The returns of custom order, made to order, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited edition items are not fully refundable due to the high cost of materials and craftsmanship. Returns can be made by following the instructions below within 14 days of receipt and a refund of 50% will be provided minus the return delivery costs, if the items are returned to Generate in good order.

Please follow the following quick and easy return procedure:

• Call our office at 888 406 8702 or email us at [email protected] to notify us of the return and to receive a return authorization number, as well as a return address.
• After receiving your return authorization number, mark it clearly on your return package and ship the merchandise being returned in its original packaging to the given address. If this is not possible, please pack and seal the item securely with all of its original materials. Merchandise that is damaged during return or incomplete upon receipt will not be accepted.

You will have 14 days to return your merchandise after receiving your return authorization number. After this return period has passed the manufacturer's warranty prevails. Returns due to a manufacturing defect will either be repaired or replaced, at generate's discretion. For refunds, we will issue a refund of your purchase within 7 business days for the original purchase price of the item being returned minus shipping. Should the return be due to defect or erroneous shipment, we will pay the shipping costs to send a replacement or repaired product back to you.

お客様の個人情報取扱いについて

Generate Designはお客様に信頼され、安心してお買い物を楽しんでいただくことが大切であると考えております。お客様からご提供いただいた個人情報に関しては当社が責任を持って厳重に管理し、以下の場合を除いて、お客様に事前の同意をいただくことなく第三者に提供、開示することはありません。
* 配送業務等でお客様の情報を配送委託業者に提供する必要がある場合
* メーカー及び輸入代理店からお客様への直送が必要な際にメーカー及び輸入代理店に提供する場合
* 法令などに基づく場合
お客様のクレジットカード情報ご入力には128ビットSSL暗号化を施し、第三者からの盗難を防いでおります。

発送に関して

リミテッドエディションにつきましては可能な限り国外への配送も承ります。日本倉庫、米国倉庫に在庫があるものに関してはご発注、ご決済確認後、１週間以内に発送致します。その他、メーカーや、オーダーメイドにて製造されるものは、受注後、お届け時期を確認いたしましてお知らせさせて頂きます。各商品ページにございます在庫の欄にお届けにかかる予定日数の記載がございますので、そちらもご参照ください。Generate Designでは正確、迅速な配送にてご対応させていただきますので、どんな配送のご要望もお気軽にご相談ください。

 送料に関して

リミテッドエディションにつきましては送料が価格に含まれておりません。価格をお問い合わせ頂く際に、お住まいの地域、商品のサイズにあわせ、送料もお見積もりいたします。

キャンセルと返品に関して

リミテッドエディションにつきましても、万一、お届けした商品に破損・汚損があった場合、商品到着後３日以内に当社へ連絡し、商品の返送は当社への連絡後10日以内に着払いにてお送りください。当社または製造元で速やかに修理または交換品を発送させていただきます。オーダーメイド、１点しかないもの、リミテッドエディションにつきましては、ご交換が不可能な場合がございます。その場合には商品代金（送料含む）のご返金をさせていただきます。当社への連絡後10日の返品期間を過ぎた場合はGenerate  Designでは一切の返品を受け付けません。

リミテッドエディションにつきましては配送方法、納期、ご決済をご確認後、ご注文の確定となります。オーダーメイドの商品はご注文確定後、メーカー、デザイナーが製造を開始していた場合、又は商品発送していた場合のキャンセルはご対応できねますのでご了承ください。ご注文間違い等のお客様都合による返品・キャンセルは一切受け付けておりません。お客様都合により、万が一当社及び、メーカー、デザイナー側に損害が発生した場合、損害の一部をご負担いただく可能性がございますので、ご了承の程お願い申し上げます。

以上に該当しない事態が発生した場合も当社は誠意を持ってご対応させていただきます。

＜返品手続き方法＞

[email protected]までご連絡ください。注文番号とお客様のご住所をお知らせください。その折に、返品番号および返品先を弊社からお知らせいたします。
2. 弊社からお客様にお届けしたときと同じ状態で商品を梱包し、返品番号を返品する商品のパッケージにはっきりと書いて、返品先住所へご送付ください。もしお届け時の外箱等を破棄してしまっていた場合は、すべての付属品等もあわせて厳重に梱包してください。返送中に商品が破損した場合は返品の受付は出来ません。

* 注文間違い等のお客様都合による返品・キャンセルは一切受け付けておりません。ご注文の際には商品・数量・金額等をよくお確かめになった上でお手続きをお願いいたします。
