SHIPPING:
At this time free shipping is available on some products shipping to Europe. All orders of in-stock merchandise usually ship from our distribution center within 48 hours of receipt. You should then receive your merchandise in 5 to 10 business days. Shipping times for to order items will vary with the designer or manufacturer. Please refer to the product page for shipping details.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
Generate trusts that you will be satisfied with the merchandise you purchase through our website. However, if for any reason you must return an "in stock" item purchased on our site, you may due so within 15 days of receipt for a store credit or a refund in the form of the payment you used to purchase the item. You will be credited for the cost of the merchandise plus any additional taxes, but not for shipping costs.
Items that are custom order, made to order, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited edition are not fully refundable, unless goods arrived damaged, and are noted as such on delivery documents at time of delivery.
Cancellations of custom order, made-to-order, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited edition items made within 14 days of submitting the order to Generate will be refunded 50%, plus any paid delivery charges, if the item has not already been shipped. Order cancellations will be accepted via email. However, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
The returns of custom order, made to order, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited edition items are not fully refundable due to the high cost of materials and craftsmanship.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Please follow the following quick and easy return procedure:

or email us at [email protected] to notify us of the return and to receive a return authorization number, as well as a return address.
- After receiving your return authorization number, mark it clearly on your return package and ship the merchandise being returned in its original packaging to the given address. If this is not possible, please pack and seal the item securely with all of its original materials. Merchandise that is damaged during return or incomplete upon receipt will not be accepted.
You will have 30 days to return your merchandise after receiving your return authorization number. After this return period has passed the manufacturer's warranty prevails. Returns due to a manufacturing defect will either be repaired or replaced, at generate's discretion. For refunds, we will issue a refund of your purchase within 7 business days for the original purchase price of the item being returned minus shipping. Should the return be due to defect or erroneous shipment, we will pay the shipping costs to send a replacement or repaired product back to you.
